Tennessee Valley Woodworkers

The next meeting of the Tennessee Valley Woodworkers Club will begin at 6:30 pm on May 21, 2026 in room H111 of the University of Tennessee Space Institute.  Anyone interested in woodworking is invited to join us.

This Club is meant for our members to enjoy.  To that end, we ask for suggestions from you for Programs and Events that you would like to see included as we go on.  Programs presented at the monthly meetings are there for your enjoyment and to educate us all on anything related to the woodworking craft.  Events are scheduled, separate from the monthly meetings, to educate and inform members on woodworking skills or to just get together and rub elbows with folks with similar interests.  Examples of the Events are seminars developing woodworking skills and the annual Christmas party in December.  As suggested above, input from the membership shapes the Club’s efforts to meet our goal to serve members.

Our monthly newsletter, Splinters, can be viewed by clicking on Current Newsletter in the header of this page.

The carvers meet on the first and third Saturdays of the month from 8:30 am to 10:30 AM at Jim Jolliffe’s shop located at 201 Jolliffe Acres Ln, Tullahoma. Tools and wood are available at the meetings, just bring yourself and try your hand at carving!  Our story:   Click here  Directions: https://tnvalleywoodclub.com//wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Directions-to-Carvers-Clinic.pdf    Some of what we do: Click here.
