Monthly Meeting

 

The meeting was held in the Duck River Electric meeting room in Dechard, TN.

President Loyd Ackerman called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm Tuesday April 18, 2006.

There were 61 members and guests present.

 

Welcome to visitors and new members; Dan Bledsoe, Linda and Ted , and Ronny Guess.

 

Thanks to; Karen Kerce for coffee, and the Clarks and Gulleys for refreshments.

 

Announcements;

Splinter carvers will meet at Phil Bishop’s Thursday at 6:30. Help is needed to move the totem pole. Phil is doing better.

Volunteers are needed for coffee break refreshments.

Tonight is the deadline for dues.

A donation to the Franklin County library has been made in honor of Carl Smith.

The club website should be used for information about activities.

Tickets for the router drawing are on sale, $2.00 ea. or 3 for $5.00.

The Dogwood Festival was a success (short film clip was shown).
